Leadership Team
At Denver Circus Collective, our Leadership Team steers the ship with expertise, passion, and a commitment to community. Guiding everything from innovative programming to inclusive events, they bring diverse talents to foster a thriving circus arts hub in Denver, CO.

Founder & CEO
Peter Holben
Peter is an adventurer whose performance art centers around self & group expression. As a young adult his travels took him around the world rock climbing before finding his circus path. Today, Peter focuses on hand-to-hand acrobatics and aerial duets with his partner, Ariana, sharing his desire for adventure with the community he stewards at the Denver Circus Collective. Building upon a wide foundation from being a CPA turned circus performer, Peter is journeying deeper into spiritual practices like vision quests as another step of growth on this beautiful path of life.

Studio Manager
Noelia Antweiler
Noelia is a multi-disciplinary aerialist, though Dance Trapeze and Silks are her favorites! Although she's from Denver, she began her aerial journey in NYC and has performed in the nightclub scene there. She completed her teacher training with Aerial Physique out of Los Angeles. When she is not up in the air, you can find her performing at various theatres around Denver. She is delighted to be part of the Denver circus community.

Pole Studio Manager
Mickey Stillo
Mickey began pole in 2021 and immediately fell in love with the blend of strength and artistry the discipline offers. She has a love for all aerial apparatus, but especially fly pole. Mickey is a certified pole and fly pole instructor who began teaching in 2023 and brings a background in gymnastics, competitive ballroom dance, and ultramarathon running to her training and coaching. As both a competitive and performative pole artist, she is especially passionate about supporting students in developing strong technique, creative expression, and confidence.

Front Desk Manager
Andrew Stillo
Andrew was born and raised in the mountains of Colorado and grew up skiing, snowboarding, playing hockey, mountain biking, and hiking. Despite leaving to live in other states for work, he always finds himself back in Colorado. Andrew took up pole in 2022 as an activity with his partner and is always open to trying new apparatus, although his true joy is in the climbing gym. His primary work is hiking with dogs in the Denver area and occasionally guided hikes for humans too.

Marketing
Laura Burgamy
Laura is passionate about sharing the transformative magic of movement arts and is excited to amplify the impactful work of the Denver Circus Collective through creative marketing. When she's not crafting compelling campaigns or designing eye-catching graphics, you'll find her dancing on the side of a building or on a walk her dog, Mo.
